The CVML 2025 conference is audited by SPIE - The International Society for Optical Engineering (ISSN: 0277-786X ).
After registration, all accepted and presented papers will be included in the CVML 2025 conference proceedings for publication, and submitted to El Compendex and Scopus for indexing.
All paper submissions will be peer reviewed by 2-3 reviewers, and evaluated based on originality, research content, correctness, readability, and relevance to conference scope. Authors are invited to write an author response and revise their paper before the camera-ready deadline, if accepted.
Reviewers evaluate the papers based on the following criteria in general:
Relevance to Conference Scope: The paper must be relevant to the topics covered by the conference.
Completeness of Work: The paper should be a complete and comprehensive work, which means it is well-organized, clearly written, and logically presented.
Completeness of Technical Content: Technical content should be thorough, detailed, and well-developed.
Scientific Significance: The results should be significant and valuable to the research community.
Scientific Rigor of Data: Data integrity and the methodology should be rigorous and well-documented.
References: The references should be well-chosen and extensively cover the relevant literature.
Conclusion: Conclusion should be insightful, well-supported, and aligns with research objectives.
